Fitness Program
KicK Fitness and Dance

KicK offers over 40 fitness classes each week including step, spin, body conditioning, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, and hip hop dance.

Class Descriptions

Floor Classes

Reebok Core- a deep muscle workout that utilizes the Reebok Core board to develop strong abdominals, improve balance and coordination, and burn fat.
 
Pilates - The pilates method of body conditioning has been the preferred method of conditioning by dancers because it creates long, lean muscles. Special attention is paid to the core muscles of the abdomen.

Kickboxing - A cardio boxing workout without complex choreography. Come ready to sweat!

Step - A choreographed areobic workout using an adjustible bench.

Step Interval - a high energy step class that alternates step choreography with intervals of weight training.

Total Body Conditioning- A complete conditioning workout that utilizes bands, weights, balls, and body bars.

Ultimate Sculpt - All the conditioning of Total Body, but tougher!

Yoga Fitness - Utilizes physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

Spin Classes



Spin - An indoor cycling class that simulates an outdoor ride. One of the most effective aerobic (fat burning) workouts possible. By utlizing a heart rate monitor you can be sure that you are creating the strongest, leanest, heathiest body possible.

Dance Classes

Hip Hop - A fun dance workout for all levels that teaches the latest dance moves and provides a great aerobic workout.
